I directed end-to-end product and brand strategy from formulation and packaging to go-to-market execution.

Secured placement in 30+ retailers (including major big-box chains).
Shipped 60,000+ units.
Achieved a $5M valuation, advised by founders from Suja Juice, Poppi, and Hoonigan.
I chose to exit following a strategic divergence among primary stakeholders. This experience redefined how I build products: deeply user-centric, brand-obsessed, and commercially viable.
